I am a Class IV Ohio EPA Water Reclamation Operator and a certified contracted operator with the Ohio EPA, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in wastewater operations and regulatory compliance.

I have been working in the wastewater industry since 2003 and have provided contracted operator services to Ohio EPA NPDES permit holders since 2015. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of NPDES-regulated facilities, helping operators remain compliant while ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.

In addition to my wastewater consulting background, I have extensive experience in real estate investments. Since 2017, I have owned and operated both single-family and multi-family rental properties, with an active rental portfolio located in the State of Ohio in Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull Counties. I currently own and manage occupied multi-family properties and understand firsthand the operational, regulatory, and financial considerations involved in property ownership.

I also specialize in and have a strong interest in wholesaling single-family and multi-family homes. I frequently work with distressed property owners, tax-delinquent properties, pre-foreclosures, and absentee landlords. My investments interests include fix-and-flip projects as well as long-term buy-and-hold properties. This combined background in environmental compliance and real estate allows me to bring a practical, results-driven approach to both wastewater consulting and property investments opportunities.
